TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

All deposits for courses and/or accommodation are non-refundable.

All names on this form will be known as the ‘original applicants’. All correspondence relating to this event will be sent to the main applicant only, unless otherwise requested.

75% of the balance (75% of total paid minus deposit) will be refunded if a cancellation is made up to 26 weeks prior to  event.

50% of the balance (50% of total paid minus deposit) will be refunded if a cancellation is made up to 8 weeks prior to the event

Should cancellation occur within 4 weeks or less of the event no monies will be refunded. However, if the original applicant is able to offer a suitable replacement applicant then Blonde Sheep Events will be happy to transfer all monies previously paid by the original applicant to the balance due of the replacement applicant. (See Note 1)

Note 1. If the original applicant cancels their booking and a replacement applicant is accepted Blonde Sheep Events will transfer all monies previously paid, minus the original applicant’s deposit, onto the replacement applicant’s balance. Blonde Sheep Events will take no responsibility for financial agreements between the original applicant and replacement applicant in respect of monies paid for the course.

We reserve the right to change any advertised tutors on our courses but will always offer replacement tutors of the highest standard. When booking for a course all applicants are booked onto the advertised course, not for time or classes with a specific tutor.

If the advertised venue for an event becomes unavailable or unsuitable we reserve the right to offer an alternative venue, which will be of a similar or higher standard and equally suitable for the event or course.

When a Blonde Sheep Event course involves more than one tutor and workgroup class we will make every effort to place people with the tutor and group of their choice, but would like to stress that this is not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to cancel or withdraw any course or event on our programme. Should Blonde Sheep Events make this decision all monies paid will be refunded in full.

We strongly recommend that all applicants take out insurance in the event of having to cancel or withdraw from a course due to illness, transport problems, acts of God or other unforeseen personal circumstances. Blonde Sheep Events cannot be held responsible if an applicant is unable to attend a course or event.

We expect every attendee to behave in a manner that is appropriate and respectful to the group as a whole and any behaviour deemed by Blonde Sheep Events to be offensive or unruly may result in the applicant being withdrawn from the course.

We reserve the right to remove an applicant from any course or event at any time, even if it is already underway, should the applicant’s behaviour be unsuitable or disruptive to the course or event in any way. (See Note 2)

Note 2. If an applicant is removed from an event or course after it has started due to behaviour that is deemed disruptive to the group as a whole then no refund will be given.

Blonde Sheep Events maintain the right to offer a code of conduct or code of behaviour in line with the rules of each host venue and requires that the rules are followed by all attendees at any event or course.

All balances must be paid by the due date as stated for each course. Should this not be possible your place on the course will automatically be forfeited, unless the applicant has advised Blonde Sheep Events of the delay and an agreement has been made for later payment.

Although our courses advertise Psychic or Mediumistic development we cannot guarantee such development will take place during the course or thereafter. All courses are offered as learning experiences only.

By attending this course each attendee recognises that they are attending a course for Psychic and Mediumistic development. In doing so you must recognise that differing opinions exist as to the validity of Mediumship and, as such, development is often subjective and therefore cannot be measured. By agreeing to attend this course you must accept that you are willing to be part of the experiment for Mediumship and Psychic development and are attending in the knowledge that this is the primary purpose of the course and be willing to take part in classes and activities pertaining to Psychic and Mediumship development. Demonstrations are often a part of each event and by attending you are willing to be part of these audiences. If a main applicant applies for places for others it is seen as acceptance of the T & Cs by all applicants on that booking form.

The decision you have made to attend this event has been made with neither persuasion nor coercion from Blonde Sheep Events.
